DIRECTIONS
BY CAR Manchester 1 hour 15 minute, Golders Green 3 hours and Stamford Hill 4 hours.
BY TRAIN Ruabon train station is a short 15 minute taxi or 20 minute bus-ride from the hotel. From Ruabon you can take trains to London and Manchester.
The large carpark at the front of the hotel is easily accessible to coaches.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING
- A £2000 deposit is required to confirm bookings.
- Due to high demand, we cannot reserve or hold any dates without payment.
- The full balance is due 90 days before arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- A damage deposit of £1000 is required 30 days prior to arrival for every booking. (Damage deposits are returned within 7 days of checkout.)
CANCELLATION
- The £2000 deposit is non-refundable.
- If the full payment is not received 90 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
- If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund minus the £2000 deposit.
- If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, no refund is guaranteed. However, we will attempt to rebook the dates. If successful, we may provide a refund at our discretion.
Check-in: 15:00 (Friday: 12:00). Check-out: 10:00.
